- What kind of documents can I track?
- Anything with an expiry date. Most people start with vehicle insurance, the driving licence, the CNI and a business permit, then add tax deadlines and contract renewals.
- How do I use Notify?
- From the Notify app on Android or iOS. You add your dates there, and the warnings arrive on WhatsApp, by email and as a push notification.
- Is there a web version?
- The website is for our own team. Everything you need as a customer is in the app.
- Can someone else be warned as well as me?
- Yes. Add a second number or email address to a reminder and both of you are warned at the same time, from the one date.
- How far ahead does it warn me?
- You choose when the warnings start, commonly fourteen or thirty days before, and they repeat as the date gets closer rather than firing once.
- How do I pay?
- In the app, in FCFA, with MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or a card. There is a free tier, and no card is needed to start.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your reminders stay readable and you keep your documents. Billing is monthly, so you can stop at the end of any month.
